We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for private events, especially during our busy season (May-October). For business pop-ups, 2-4 weeks notice is appreciated. However, we understand that sometimes inspiration strikes last minute—don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate if Dolly's schedule allows!
We work with seasonal blooms, with a focus on sourcing from local Cape Cod flower farms whenever possible. Each event features a curated selection based on what's freshest and most beautiful at that time. If you have specific color preferences or flower types in mind, let us know during your consultation, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
For private events, each guest typically receives enough flowers to create a small to medium-sized bouquet (about 8-12 stems, depending on the varieties). We can adjust quantities based on your budget and preferences.
New England weather can be unpredictable! We recommend having a covered backup space for outdoor events. If that's not possible, we can work with you to reschedule or modify the setup to accommodate weather conditions.
Dolly can access most locations, but she is a vintage truck with some limitations. We'll need to ensure there's adequate space for parking and setup (approximately 10'x20'), relatively flat ground, and clear access. We'll discuss specifics during your consultation.
Absolutely! While Dolly hibernates during the colder months, we offer indoor workshops throughout the winter. These can be hosted at your location or at one of our partner venues across Cape Cod.
Yes! We love customizing our flower selection to match your event colors or theme. While we work with what's seasonally available, we can usually accommodate color palette preferences with advance notice.
